1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

The goods must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging and tags, where applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

6. Diminished Value of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies not applicable to the following items, where applicable:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

9. Additional information

This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Businesses or commercial buyers are excluded from consumer withdrawal rights unless required by applicable law.
